Why an individual floor plan?

Regardless of whether you need a floor plan in your corporate design, are creating your own design for a project or have very specific ideas for a floor plan: We implement your wishes individually, quickly and cost-effectively. When does it make sense to have an individual floor plan created?

If you want to stand out from the crowd, we recommend creating a customized floor plan. There can be several reasons for this. Perhaps you already have a corporate design and would like to adapt the floor plans to it, or perhaps you have specific ideas for a floor plan and would like to display your own furniture set, for example. In this case, our customized floor plans are always an option.

Corporate Identity

If you have a corporate identity, your colors and fonts are already predetermined. Ideally, you already have specific requirements for a floor plan with elements, color and text specifications. We implement this quickly and easily, but we are also happy to help develop a floor plan from a corporate identity without specific requirements and provide it to you cost-effectively in the future.

Large projects

Larger new construction projects, the sale of individual apartments or a holiday home settlement often receive their own brand name and design to make the entire sales process "round". Whether you already have a design wish or we are allowed to develop something for you, put the "icing on the cake" of the project and round it off with individual floor plans. In this context, we are also happy to create factsheets per apartment with a site plan, your logo and further information such as square meters or similar.

What can you customize?

In principle, you can customize everything you want in your individual design. Starting with individual colors or textures for walls and floors, through the selection of furniture, kitchens and bathroom fittings, to the design of the north arrow, a disclaimer text, the font or a watermark.

What costs can you expect?

Individual floor plan designs are also created individually. Therefore, it is difficult to provide flat-rate prices, as your wishes will range from changing the floor color in one of our templates to developing a completely new design with your own furniture, shapes and colors. So just contact us without obligation. We will be happy to create a non-binding offer based on your wishes. After the one-time creation of the design, you will benefit from our inexpensive flex and package prices per floor plan.

After creating an individual design, it will be stored in your account. Even with larger organizations with multiple locations and employees, your own design will be stored, ensuring that it is used. If desired, we can deactivate our standard variants for your accounts and activate a pre-selection of options. This ensures that your floor plans always look the same in every ad and exposé, giving your brand a consistent appearance.
